1. Clean Parts: Begin by cleaning the parts to remove any inorganic contaminants, ensuring a smooth surface for coating.
2. Pretreatment: Apply a conversion coating to enhance adhesion and performance, improving the coating's durability.
3. Rinse and Dry: After pretreatment, rinse and dry the parts thoroughly in an oven to ensure all moisture is removed.
4. Masking: Mask critical areas to prevent coating in regions that need to maintain precise tolerances.
5. Coating: Using an electrostatic spray gun, apply the powder coating uniformly across the parts.
6. Curing: Finally, cure the coated parts in an oven to harden and bond the powder coating, providing a strong, long-lasting finish.
