At LangHe Industry Co., Ltd. (including our subsidiary LangHe Foundry), quality is the core of our operations. We adhere to rigorous quality control frameworks to ensure every precision component delivered meets or exceeds client specifications.

1. Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015)
Our production facilities operate strictly under the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (Registration No. 3082400657R0). From raw material verification to final dimensional inspection, every process follows fully traceable protocols.
2. Standard Inspection & Dung sai
- Standard Machining Tolerances: Unless explicitly specified otherwise on engineering 2D drawings, standard production defaults to ISO 2768-m (trung bình) for CNC machining.
- Inspection Equipment: Inspection report metrics are derived using certified CMM (Phối hợp máy đo), bộ so sánh quang học, height gauges, and spectral analyzers for alloy composition.
- Tài liệu: Material Test Reports (Mtrs), CMM Inspection Reports, and Certificates of Conformance (CoC) are available upon request prior to shipment.
3. Non-Conformance & Warranty Claims
We stand behind the quality of our manufactured parts. If any delivered components fail to meet agreed drawing dimensions, thông số vật liệu, or tolerance limits:
1. Claim Period: Claims for non-conforming parts must be submitted within 30 ngày of receiving shipment.
2. Claim Procedure: The customer shall provide a detailed non-conformance report accompanied by clear photos, dimensional measurements, or third-party inspection data.
3. Resolution Commitment: Upon verifying that non-conformance originated from our production:
- Remanufacture: We will expedite the remanufacturing and replacement of defective parts at our sole expense (including express shipping).
- Rework / Credit: Cách khác, we will issue a full or partial credit/refund for the affected components as agreed upon with the customer.

This warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper storage, secondary customer modifications, misuse, normal wear and tear, or design flaws present in original customer-supplied CAD specifications.
