Welcome to LangHe Industry Co., ТОВ. (“Ланге”). By accessing our website or utilizing our custom manufacturing services (включаючи обробку з ЧПУ, металеве лиття, виготовлення листового металу, and rapid prototyping), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Quotations & Orders
- All quotations provided by LangHe are valid for **30 calendar days** from the date of issuance, unless otherwise specified in writing.
- Orders become binding only upon written confirmation from LangHe and receipt of the agreed deposit or advance payment.
2. Customer Specifications & File Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing complete, точний, and final CAD models, інженерні креслення (including tolerances and surface finish specs), and material specifications. LangHe is not liable for manufacturing errors or discrepancies resulting from inaccurate or ambiguous files provided by the customer.
3. Engineering Changes & Order Modifications
Any modifications to drawing specifications, quantities, or materials requested after production commencement must be submitted in writing and may incur additional charges and lead-time adjustments.
4. Терміни виконання & Shipping
Stated lead times are estimates based on standard production cycles and material availability. While we strive for on-time delivery, LangHe is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, force majeure events, or transport carrier delays.
5. Payment Terms
Payment shall be made in accordance with the terms specified in your formal proforma invoice or contract. Standard payment methods include Wire Transfer (T/T), Credit Card, or agreed international payment channels.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable commercial trade laws. Any disputes arising shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
